The actual expects the church goes up again to the` 700 for want of the Prince of Belmonte, that made it adorn from the Manno brothers and other artists of clear fame; the last of numerous restaurations, with decorations in gold, has given the church a splendid appearance that makes it one between the most important religious constructions of the province. The external façade is little fluorescent, but it has enriched from a portal in stone with heads of angel, palms and branches of olive tree. From the 1987 the church is sanctuary of St. Giacinto Giordano Ansalone.
