The
Town Administration of S.Stefano Quisquina, understands to promote and record
the "mark of territoriality" because:
- It wants to
stimulate the producers and the firms still they overcome the individualities
and built a commune culture that has his nominal quality and his natural center
in the territory of the High Quisquina;
- It wants to
make the recognizable product High Quisquina to the outside, hocking all to
always maintain tall the qualitative and aboriginal level of the production.
- It wants autorize
the adoption to all the local producers that require it (because has adjusted
the in force communion regionals norms, essential presuppositions for a real
diffusion of the product).
Besides it is understanding
of the Town Administration to extend the use of the mark High Quisquina to other
productive sectors of the agriculture and of the craftsmanship that they will
avail themself of this primary "strategy" of economic communication: a first symbolic
signal for a better appointment toward the world of the local production.
Each authorized individual manufacturing will associate the own individual denomination
the territorial mark
