It would be curious read a history of the humanity that underlines the value that they have had the apples from the origins to our days. Adamo (!) was tried from Eva with an apple and there fell like a pear; Paride was uncomfortable judge to one of the big contests of beauty of the antiquity whose there reward in prize - you hear, you hear! - an apple; William Tell performed breaking an apple that little boy acted from hat to a unappened that, he is told, he didn't have cricketson the head; Newton was gotten a gravitational bump that did him literally see the stars..... and so on. The history of the apple of S. Stefano is instead more recent and bears from the wish and from the courage of lot of agriculturists that they have aimed the own economic and professional efforts on the crop of the apple tree. More than one hundred hectares of cultivated surface, a production of 20,000 quintals the year is the ticket of presentation of a productive reality that has reached in little time an annual billing of around a billion of liras.

You will taste the sweetness of our apples, you will discover the deliciousness of our cheeses, of the delicatessen, of the bread and of the honey, but over all will spend a different day sort of plays, dances, party, pure air.
